The Truth about Goats
Beloved children’s entertainer Superstar Ken has been rearrested over new claims of sexual impropriety, under the strand of Operation Yewtree unrelated to the Evel Knievel stunt doll.
Mr Ken, 52, from Los Angeles, is the latest in a long line of 70’s icons to be linked to this criminal investigation.
Not to be mistaken with earlier versions of Ken, Ken Superstar was arrested last year on suspicion of sexual offences. Known for his trademark dimpled smile, Mr Ken has previously denied any wrongdoing.
Ken’s agent, Murray Whinstine, released a statement refuting this fresh round of allegations: “Just because my client has a head that can swivel, bent arms, a more muscular physique and jewelry; people assume the worst!”. Mr Whinstine continued: “My client would like to remind the public that his underwear is permanently molded to his body.”
Operation Yewtree has three strands. Animated characters, Fictional TV characters, whilst the final strand relates to moveable “dolls”. Mr Ken was previously placed in custody on 1 November 2012 under this later strand.
Police have also recently interviewed The Fonz, Charlie’s Angels and a crochet poncho. Earing Magic Ken, released in 1993, was unavailable for comment.
